friendly welcome spacious apartment complimentary drinks faulty switch dated fitout non-working air conditioning
the welcome from josh was great. he made check-in easy and was so friendly. complimentary drinks and croissants were a lovely surprise. the apartment was spacious and dog-friendly, just what we needed!
the room's air conditioning was not working properly. the light switches seemed faulty too, a bit of a letdown. the fitout felt a bit dated and not as cheerful as i'd hoped. it could use some sprucing up!

unreadable buttons moldy washing machine
The location was great and it was easy to get around. I found the staff helpful.
The room felt quite dated. It did not match the pictures online. The microwave buttons were unreadable, a problem. The washing machine smelled bad and looked moldy.

Acceptable Stay, but Several Issues
building work air conditioner inspections
The location is convenient for accessing the city center.
I had issues with noise. Building work started early with diggers, and I was not informed about it before my stay! I found air conditioner inspections were scheduled in the rooms between 7:30 AM and 12:00 PM. I only received notice upon arrival, inconvenient.

morning pastries amazing staff central location faulty air conditioning faulty circuits dated fitout
i enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks and morning pastries. They were available from the reception area. amazing reception staff greeted me. the location was handy for the city centre and attractions in the area.
the air conditioning did NOT work. the light switches and power circuits on the main wall were faulty. i found the fitout to be dated, it felt rather depressing.
